All of our products are handcrafted in small batches and carefully prepared before shipment.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

We currently do not offer shipping to other countries. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

The Living Light Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, customs delays, or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping carriers. If your package appears to be delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, we are happy to help where possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Living Light Co., each product is carefully handcrafted in small batches with attention to quality and detail.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When you purchase from our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

If you decide to return an item, please contact us at info@thelivinglightco.com within the 14-day withdrawal period. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Please note that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may also be excluded for applicable products where the sealed packaging has been opened, where permitted by law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@thelivinglightco.com.

We will review each case individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method. We will refund the amount paid for the returned product and the standard delivery cost paid for the original order, where required by law. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product or you provide proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, you may still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
